Might work, might not
Over at Zuska's, there's a long-running thread celebrating the birthdays of women scientists and 'famous firsts', mostly contributed by Penny.
I put them on a Google Calendar a while ago, and it sometimes works for me - see if it sometimes works for you too! The calendar is called 'Zuskateer Parties', and if the google-elves are working hard you might be able to find it by searching the public calendars or clicking here. An iCal version is or isn't here. Let me know whether you have any joy with it.
Irene Joliot-Curie's birthday is tomorrow, and a smashing birthday it is too.

Both the iCal and regular calendar versions worked just fine for me.
Very cool, thanks!
Would you mind if I embedded it in my Women in Science blog?
Not at all - thank you!
Happy birthday Irene Joliot-Curie!

I finally got around to adding to the Women in Science sidebar. I'm not sure where those four months disappeared to.
Thanks again for compiling it!
I'm quite a bit late to be saying this, but this is just awesome! Thank you for doing this!
