Recipe November! Peppadew Bacon Fusilli
100g mushrooms, sliced
2 rashers streaky bacon, chopped
1 crushed or chopped clove of garlic
4 or 5 peppadew peppers from a jar, sliced
100g spinach, washed
The sauce takes about as long to cook as the pasta does, so get the pasta boiling first, then fry the bacon, mushrooms and garlic in the butter. When they're done, add the peppers and the spinach and put a lid on the saucepan so the spinach steams. Toss the lot together with the cooked pasta and eat it.
